Justin Brown is a 2022 RHP/C with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Pittsboro, NC who attends Cary Christian HS. Medium build with some strength for his age. Multi-part delivery with some hitches and pauses that can throw off timing, over the top arm slot, works down the mound well and extends out front. Fastball topped out at 70 mph early, gets occasional cutting action arm side. Soft curveball with a gradual 11/5 shape. Threw strikes and competed well. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance with a rotational swing, line drive swing plane. Very good student.
