Luis Miguel Jr is a 2023 1B with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Christopher Columbus. Medium frame with some strength but remaining room to fill. Ran a 7.88 second 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, worked out at first base with looseness to actions, good footwork in approach to the ball, sure handed in receiving and turns cleanly into throws with still developing arm strength. Left-handed hitter, starts slightly open with high hands and a high back elbow, gets on plane early and maintains it well, clean swing that works to slightly lift and drive the ball with some authority when squared to the pull side.
