Jacob Hardman is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 6-2 208 lb. frame from Fairburn, GA who attends Westlake. Recorded an 8.62 60-yard dash time. Primary first baseman with a physical and mature build. Had a clean round with solid glovework during his round. Used a short arm action and threw accurately to bases. Worked clean double play turns. RIght-handed hitter and starts with a wider base with slightly open feet. Employs a deep hand load prior to swing initiation. Bat path is level through the zone. Showed best power to pull side. Secondary right-handed pitcher and starts delivery with a waist level leg lift. Releases from a high slot. Worked with a fastball heavy attack and was up to 76 mph. Showed a curveball with some depth and 12-6 shape. Pounded the strike zone. Good student.
