Cooper Sanford is a 2024 OF/RHP/C/IF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Fayette, AL who attends Fayette County HS. Medium athletic build. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread start with a simple load and timer, has some present bat speed with plenty more to come, created some jump off the barrel with plenty of pull side line drive contact, good swing base to keep building from as he gets stronger. 7.36 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, showed good arm strength there with a long and loose arm action and good carry. Also worked out in the infield and behind the plate and looked very solid at those positions as well, has athletic actions in the infield and good footwork for a primary outfielder, catching fundamentals were young but the athleticism was there, too. Could develop into a true all positions utility player. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
