Hunter Belanger is a 2024 1B/3B/OF with a 6-2 225 lb. frame from Grosse Pointe Farms, MI who attends Grosse Pointe South. Big and strong physical build, especially for a freshman. Right handed hitter who has some experience switch-hitting, moves into contact aggressively with his lower half, has hitter's hands and drives then through contact well with good barrel control, works the middle of the field with plenty of carry to the gaps, plenty of offensive potential here. 8.17 runner in the sixty. Hands work well on defense at first base. Has a high offensive ceiling as a slugging first baseman if he can maintain his body and athleticism. Good student.
