Brayden Hodges is a 2021 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Hallsville, TX who attends Hallsville HS. Medium young build, good physical projection. Right handed hitter, stands well away from the plate, rotational swing with mid to opposite field contact, hands stay tight and inside the ball, should improve offensively with additional strength. 7.90 runner, tends to field the ball underneath his body at present, developing arm strength. Also pitch, high leg lift delivery, compact arm action with a high 3/4's release. Fastball topped at 73 mph with some arm side running action. Showed good feel for his curveball with solid spin and some depth, curveball was his best pitch. Projects best as a pitcher based on this performance. Good student.
