Maxwell Towchik is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-7 165 lb. frame from Colleyville, TX who attends Colleyville Heritage. Ran a 7.17 60 yard dash. Solid run tool and great athleticism. Good arm in the infield and was clocked up to 77 MPH on throws. Soft hands and has good range to stick up the middle. Good instincts in the field. At the plate, shows a solid whole field approach and sprayed line drives all over during BP. Simple toe tap timing pre-pitch and the hands are direct. Good bat speed and swings on a slightly downward plane. His highest exit velocity was 88 MPH. Should continue to add power as he continues to fill out. Excellent student.
