Daniel Mayor is a 2024 C/2B, 3B with a 5-7 131 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends St. John Newman. Small but athletic frame and will add good natural weight a he matures. Good timing in his approach on the infield with fluid actions. Confident approach and some rhythm. A secondary catcher, he gains ground to second and showed good anticipation while the ball was in flight. Solid 2.34 pop for the age. The right-handed hitter uses a small leg lift and has quiet hands on his load. Good eye hand coordination and found the barrel frequently, hitting line drives to all fields during his round. Solid upside with his feel for the barrel. Good student.
