Carlos Polanco-Perez is a 2019 SS/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends Colegio Saint Francis. Medium frame with slender, athletic build. Ran 60 yard dash in 6.96 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, quiet load, middle-field approach, postures well through swing, simple and repeatable swing approach, stays committed to the middle of the field, will improve with strength. Worked out in the infield, light on his feet, shows quickness to hands, does move well, profiles best at second base, clocked up to 84 mph on throws. Good student.
