James Dolley is a 2025 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Lafayette HS. Recorded a 7.55 second 60-yard dash time. Longer lean frame with lots of room to project out physically. Primary catcher with quick footwork and good balance throughout. Clean arm action with a quick release and a best recorded pop time of 2.20 seconds. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a loose arm and controlled actions down the mound. Stays connected well and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with good sinking action. Breaking ball shows good depth and 10/4 action; comfort putting the pitch on the back foot for whiffs. Flashed a couple of changeups. Right-handed hitter with a spread open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Clean swing when the hands get out and shows impact to the pull side. Quality barrel feel and performed in game with multiple hits. Named to the 2022 NUC East TP List. Tremendous student.
