Jayden Brown is a 2022 1B/RHP, OF with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Sunnyvale, CA who attends N/A. Features a strong, physical build with plenty of strength present. Primary first baseman. Caught the routine ball well during defensive drills. Occasionally lets the ball get deep in stance at catch point. Showed the ability to make quality double play feeds. Short arm action produces accurate throws on a consistent basis. Right-handed hitters. Utilizes a narrow, upright stance with a high back elbow. Still developing consistency of hand hitch timing mechanism. Utilizes a line drive approach that stays through the middle of the field well. Strength and size helps generate decent power when in sync. Very good student.
