Kenny Gomez is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-6 158 lb. frame from West Palm Beach, FL who attends Berean Christian School. Compact frame with plenty of filling out still to do. Ran a 7.35 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, athletic actions to the baseball with sure hands funneling the baseball into body well, good footwork working through the baseball carrying momentum to target, quick exchange and transfer especially moving up the middle, average arm strength with carry across the diamond up to 75 mph. Righthanded hitter, narrow base with a leg lift trigger, downhill swing plane with an opposite field oriented approach, could utilize lower half more into swing, some quickness to his bat and contact skills.
