Frank Santeramo is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Garden City, NY who attends Garden City. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Righthanded pitcher, step back moving into delivery, gets tall on backside with a high leg lift; quick arm action through the back working to a three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 84 mph with hard running life to the arm side through the zone; generates sink and can get in on the hands of righthanded hitters. Fastball comes out well and projects moving forward with additional lower half, shorter and online stride down the mound. Tunnels slider well with tight spin and late bite up to 75 mph, comes out well and gets uncomfortable swings with the pitch. Good student. Named to the Fall Northeast Top Prospect List.
