2023 PG Underclass All-American Games
Ian Nuno is a 2025 C/1B, 3B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Costa Mesa, CA who attends Mater Dei. Tall and lean frame with good physical projection. Left-handed hitter, wide and even base, hands set high in the stance, worked almost exclusively to the pull-side with strength off the barrel. Leverages the barrel nicely and stays short and direct to the baseball, quick and strong hands with easy lift. Primary catcher, staggered feet setup and stays low throughout the operation, compact arm circle in the back to a higher slot and developing arm strength. Comes out of the crouch with solid athleticism and throws were accurate, recorded throws up to 74 mph and a pop-time of 2.13. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
