Max Luzarraga is a 2025 RHP/MIF with a 6-1 187 lb. frame from Matthews, NC who attends Weddington High School. Medium frame with room to fill out. Primary right-hadned pitcher who only pitched during the event. Big rocker step into a leg lift above the belt. Full arm stroke through the back up into a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball worked up to 89 mph with good sinking life. Lots of comfort with the breaking ball in the mid-70s. Drops the pitch in for strikes frequently. 11/5 shape with very good feel for the pitch. Tremendous student.
