Jesse Tisdell is a 2022 2B/RHP, SS, OF with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Choctaw, OK who attends Choctaw. Compact frame with a young, lean build. Frame projects for additional strength with continued physical maturity. Primary second baseman with smooth paced, fundamentally sound footwork while traveling to and surrounding the baseball. Funnels the baseball from a deeper position with two hands and worked through exchange efficiently. Created accurate, on line carry across the infield at release topping at 78 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and large leg lift trigger. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Loose, extended hand path to contact with a line drive barrel plane through extension. Flashed solid feel for the barrel with the ability to control barrel head. Utilized a high contact approach and consistently worked to the middle of the field. Also pitched showing a side step to high leg lift delivery. Hips stay square at gather and lands slightly open while working to the plate. Compact arm action and released from a high three-quarters slot. Fastball produced occasional downhill plane through the zone in the low to mid 70's, topped at 76 miles per hour. Curveball featured proper shape with loose spin and occasional depth when staying on top of offering. Excellent student.
