Ryder Wagenknecht is a 2021 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Peachtree City, GA who attends Starrs Mill. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 6.69 seconds. Hits from staggered, narrow base, quick hands through the zone, line drive swing plane with real hand speed, generates leverage, will drive the ball more as he gets stronger. Worked out in the infield, hands work well, rakes through backhand, hands stand out, good lateral agility, clocked up to 90 mph on throws. Also pitched, high energy delivery, quick off backside and downhill, compact stroke to high 3/4 slot, fastball worked 83-86 mph, showed good curveball as well.
