Jorge Arispuro is a 2021 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Archer HS. Medium and athletic frame with lots of room to continue to fill out and time to do so. Ran a 7.14 second 60 yard dash, 4.58 second home to first. Primary shortstop, sits back on the baseball, moves to it well laterally when needed, hands play the ball out in front, long arm action into throws with developing arm strength that should improve with additional strength. Secondary righthanded pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch position, simple and online delivery, takes arm back to a compact arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot, releases the baseball tight to his body, fastball is straight and topped out at 79 mph, mixed in a curveball with solid spin and shape in the mid-60s. Righthanded hitter, sets up to hit with an upright and spread out stance, transfers weight well into contact, swings with intent and an uphill path, hands work into swing with limited extension through the point of contact, flashed pop to his pull side.
