Niko Benestad is a 2024 C/1B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Coconut Creek, FL who attends Undecided. Recorded an 8.20 second 60-yard dash time. Large, physical frame with well-proportioned strength throughout. Primary catcher with deliberate actions and a clean arm stroke. Gets rid of the ball quickly while posting a best pop time of 2.01 seconds. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and has a small hitch in the hands as a timing mechanism. Uphill stroke and the hands work well throughout. Significant strength in his wrists with very good impact off the barrel. Power will improve as he gets the bat head out consistently. Great student.
