Bailey Figueroa is a 2019 OF/LHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Collins HS. Slender young athletic build, looks younger than his class. Left handed hitter, has a very smooth and fluid swing, some present bat speed with more to come if he can get stronger, has advanced timing and shift into contact, solid pull to mid field line drive contact. 6.71 runner, gets good jumps on the bases and shows instincts. Athletic actions in the outfield, gets behind his throws well, showed good hands at the ball, throws are on line and accurate. Also pitched, standard leg lift delivery with good direction to the plate, low effort mechanics, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, rare curveball still developing feel. Very good athlete who just needs to get stronger. Good student.
