Liam Sweeney is a 2022 OF/ with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Fair Haven, NJ who attends Christian Brothers Academy. Recorded a 4.80 second forty-yard dash. The primary outfielder fields the ball out front using his quick feet and a good drive line through the ball with a smooth and easy arm action that accurately throws to the bases at a recorded 80 mph. He has good movements on the ball and will continue to make large jumps as he gets stronger. The left handed hitter stands in the box with a narrow and slightly open stance, high hands, and a wrapped bat with a short leg lift trigger stride. Sweeney throws his hands at the ball with a smooth swing and good barrel control working the ball middle to pull side approach. Good student.
