John Dominguez Jr is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Punta Gorda, FL who attends Charlotte. A lean athlete with plenty of life to his frame. A primary outfielder is a smooth strider and rounds the ball well. Slides through his crow hop and has a high release. Very good arm strength, up to 89, and accurate to home. A secondary pitcher who is balanced throughout and uses a simple leg lift. Stays on the back side well, arm stays tight and throws from a 3/4 slot. Stays on top well and creates good angle that got soft contact. Breaking ball shows lift when extended and projects with reps. The right-handed hitter has a small leg lift and lets his hands stretch with little load. Solid bat speed with intent to contact, uses a direct path and drives balls from gap to gap. Accurate barrel and looks the part of a good riser.
