Kenny Sclafani is a 2021 2B/IF/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Manalapan, NJ who attends Manalapan. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 40 yard dash in 5.05 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, heel lift to trigger, gets lower half moving into swing, hands work on inside path, stays connected and compact, solid contact skills out front, will drive the ball more as he gains strength. Worked out in the infield, hands work really well in any direction, solid fundamental fielding skills, sound footwork, very quick transfer and release, clocked up to 73 mph across the diamond. Excellent student.
