Charlie Bernstein is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Leawood, KS who attends Rockhurst. Medium build with some strength and some athleticism. Room to keep adding strength moving forward. Ran a 6.99 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who had an athletic first step with some quickness to his actions. His steps get choppy as he approaches the ball, fielding it out front and then working through the throw. Making the throws. A left-handed hitter who sets up with the hands high and a square base with slightly open feet. He uses toe-tap timing with the back elbow up, and uses some snap in the barrel to get through the zone. Rotates through the swing and gets a vertical bat angle to produce some louder contact. Also pitched, a right-handed pitcher with some strength in his frame as he moves down the mound. Worked out of the stretch with a lower hand set and shorter arm action. Sound and fluid mechanics, working from a three-quarters arm slot. Spun the breaking ball well, getting it up to 2154 RPMs while working it around 70 mph.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
