Alex Beck is a 2022 2B/SS, OF with a 5-8 115 lb. frame from Covington, LA who attends Fontainebleau. Compact and young frame with room to fill throughout and time to do so, high-waisted build. Ran an 8.32 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman, worked out in the infield with low effort actions, fields the ball deep into his gather, exchanges are clean, creates uphill carry with his throws, topped out at 70 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a spread out stance and a leg lift trigger, young bat speed that will improve with strength, hands dip into swing with a linear path through contact, middle of the field approach. Good student.
