Zack Blot is a 2019 1B/ with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from White Plains, NY who attends Iona Preparatory HS. Recorded a 7.92 second 60-yard dash. Large frame with room to fill for additional strength. Primary first baseman with a strong frame and turns well. Accurate throws across with arm strength that is still presently developing. Righthanded hitter with a narrow base. Level swing path with a smooth, quick barrel. Creates good separation and is fluid through his motion. Middle of the field and pull side approach with some raw power projection as well. Can create and drive hard contact to all fields. Good components to the swing and projects well in the batter's box. Excellent student.
