2023 WWBA Summer Workout Showcase (July 12)
Charlie Clem is a 2024 OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Peachtree City, GA who attends Starrs Mill. Primary outfielder with a young athletic build. Showed plus speed with a 6.61 second sixty. Takes short strides to the ball with a measured approach fielding the ball on his left side and transitioning into a short compact arm stroke. Shows young arm strength with accuracy that will continue to improve with added strength. Right-handed hitter starts slightly open with bent knees in the stance. Bat path gets into the hitting zone quickly with projectable bat speed. Showed some impact skills to the middle of the field with good extension through contact and good barrel skills. Very good student.
