Carter Drake is a 2022 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Lassiter. Recorded a 7.79 second 60-yard dash time. Primary third baseman with a medium frame and solid build. Hands work with good transfer and quick release while fielding. Moves well for the frame with accurate throws up to 75 mph from different arm slots. Fundamental footwork and ability to be accurate on throws from multiple arm slots work from both corners of the infield. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and downhill swing path through the zone. Small heel-lift trigger with weight shift to backside before launch. Pull side impact when contact point is out front with strength in frame. Excellent student.
