Payton Boines is a 2022 SS/3B, MIF, OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends North Atlanta. Recorded a 6.79 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a slender build primary shortstop with good hands and arm strength. Moves well with good feet and a fluid operation to both sides. Throws across the diamond at 86 mph with carry and accuracy. Secondary outfielder with athletic actions and throws to the bases with direct-line momentum at 92 mph. Right-handed hitter with wide base and huge knee to knee leg lift trigger. High hands set start, drops into slot with leg kick trigger and whips the barrel through the zone with fast hands. Creates leverage with length through the zone and a high two-hand finish. More impact projectable at the plate with size and strength and present skill-set. Good student.
