Nathan Christman is a 2024 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Hesperia, CA who attends Aquinas. Features a physical build with plenty of strength present. Ran a 7.12 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Fields the ball out front using a two-hand technique. Still developing consistent glove actions. Range profiles best for a corner spot. Showed an easy release into strong throws across. Reached 88 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a wide base stance into an arm bar load. Looks to drive balls with intent, swinging off the backside well. Strong hands generate loud contact with quality bat speed showing. Has some impact present with more power to tap into down the line. Has upside on the mound. Right-handed pitcher. Displays a slower delivery into a belt-high leg lift. Throws using a short, compact arm action. Fastball sat 92-94 mph with explosive ride through the zone (23” IVB). Sweeping, mid-70’s breaking ball showed spin rates near 2600 rpm and 20”+ of break. Low-80’s changeup was landed for strikes often. Metrics stand out on the mound. Excellent student. Verbal commit to Oregon.
