Adam Whitty is a 2020 C/1B/OF with a 6-0 158 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial HS. Tall young build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.07 runner, has athletic actions behind the plate defensively, shifts and moves well, low exchange and arm slot throwing but gets rid of the ball quickly and makes accurate throws, also plays the outfield with similar athleticism, developing arm strength at both positions. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance with limited shift, simple upper body rotational swing, flashed some bat speed and ability to make the ball jump. Very good student.
