Carter Kimbrell is a 2023 C/RHP, 1B, OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Oak Mountain. Flashed a medium frame with a build starting to fill out with some physical strength to come in the future. Projectable build. Ran a 7.57 second sixty yard dash. Primary catcher starting with a side saddle and higher set up. Quick hands on the transfer with feet staying behind. Throws on the bag consistently. Secondary Righthanded pitcher showing clean mechanics while driving with the backside. Stayed balanced throughout motion. Delivered from a three-quarter arm slot while he filled up the strike zone. Fastball topped out at 81 MPH with a slider showing some depth to add to the mix. Lefthanded hitter starting with a balanced stance working into a small leg kick. Rock step and go in the box looking to pull the baseball. Uphill swing path showing he could square it up working all parts of the field. Outstanding Student.
