Jamie Arnold is a 2022 LHP/OF with a 6-2 172 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Jesuit. Young pitcher's build with good length and plenty of growing ahead of him. High leg raise and tuck delivery, has an extended mid 3/4's arm slot, works very quickly. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, has been up to 90-91 mph frequently in the past at PG events, gets some flat arm side running action at times and good sink at others. Added and subtracted from his breaking ball for different looks, flashed a nice change up for a strikeout. Control type lefty who hits corners and tried to pitch with precision. Good student, verbally committed to Florida State.
