Kaiden Perez is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Casselberry, FL who attends Lake Mary HS. Recorded a 7.69 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a lean build and a lot of room to add strength. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a small side step and good rhythm throughout. Leg lift slightly above the belt with a short arm stroke. Deception with jump on the fastball that topped out at 81 mph. Good arm side run with a high three-quarters arm slot. Quality shape to the breaking ball and he can throw it for strikes. Arm strength plays from secondary position of first base. Lefthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Impact when extended with a balanced start. Slightly open stance and can drive the ball well to all fields. Great student.
