Kenny Maldonado is a 2021 OF/ with a 5-11 168 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends St. Raymond HS For Boys. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional strength. Primary outfielder with smooth, clean footwork while closing to and working through the baseball. Funnels the baseball out front and worked through exchange with fluidity. Released from a lower three-quarters arm slot producing some on line carry to the bag at 75 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and simple leg lift trigger. Created some linear shift into contact with lower half. Swung with intent and generated good jump off the barrel on a slightly lifted plane through extension. Primarily worked to the middle of the field while looking to drive the ball through the gaps.
