Xavier Ahr is a 2025 1B/RHP, 3B with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from St Augustine, FL who attends St. Augustine. Bigger frame with the potential to add strength moving forward. Ran an 8.45 60-yard dash. Primary first-baseman who smothers the ball with two hands up the middle. Has a shorter arm action and was able to get throws around the bag. A right-handed hitter who starts with his hands set high. Rocks back into his load and gets the weight back, sends the barrel through the zone with some pull-side juice. Was able to work the opposite field during his round of BP. Right-handed pitcher who works from a high-three-quarters arm slot and works across his body through release, getting some trunk tilt, creating that high-three-quarters slot as he moves through the delivery. Worked into the mid-70s on his fastball with natural cut to it. Showed a breaking ball with 11-5 tilt that was slurvy but was a pitch that kept hitters off-balance. Also showed a changeup with some depth to it. Came off the mound athletically to make a play on a chopper back at him, stay collected, and make a smooth throw across the field. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
