Cesar Paz is a 2018 2B/SS with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Reedy HS. Slender middle infielder's build. 6.81 runner, light on his feet defensively and moves well to the ball, fields out front with soft hands, can throw from multiple slots and can improve raw arm strength with more lower half use. Right handed hitter, hitchy hand load with a short contact based swing, best contact is middle and opposite field, looking to put the ball in play, bat speed will improve with additional strength. Also pitched, clean and simple low effort delivery, quick inning with almost all strikes on a 77 mph fastball. Good student.
