Nick Linkowski is a 2022 OF/IF, UT with a 6-0 174 lb. frame from Flowery Branch, GA who attends Flowery Branch. Recorded a 7.19 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with long levers and athletic look. Primary outfielder with deliberate actions into and through the fielding process. Implores long strides to field properly off his front foot, maintaining some athleticism through gather, while working into a short, crow hop into release. Recorded arm strength up to 78 mph during outfield drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a balanced stance with a high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Aggressive pull oriented approach with line drive impact and power potential. Showed ability to repeat swing mechanics well, showing consistent bat-to-ball skills with barrel accuracy and legitimate carry to the left side of the field. Simple swing that will translate in game action. Overall solid skill set with loud hit tool. Will continue to improve with further refine of defensive skill set and additional arm strength.
