Jack Vallario is a 2022 SS/OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Dix Hills, NY who attends St. Anthony's. Recorded a 7.32 sixty-yard dash time. Athletic frame with high waist and plenty of room to add strength. Primary shortstop with quick feet, good lateral range and clean funnel to field out in front. Uses well engaged lower half to deliver highly accurate throws that were recorded up to 79 mph in drills. Right-handed hitter with present bat speed and projection to his swing. Hits from a spread stance with good balance and some loft to the stroke. Simple approach with projection for more power as he matures. Swing plays well in games with loud contact to all fields.
