2023 WWBA Workout Showcase (Wed)
Mark Cap is a 2025 3B/1B, OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Mechanicsburg, PA who attends Trinity. Strong well built frame with present strength and durable look. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.78 seconds. Primary position IF, working methodically through his reps. Shows some range and ability to create angles. Presents the glove out front and works to a deep funnel. Full arm path with some carry but did scatter it a bit as he peaked at 78 mph across the diamond. Even start at the plate with turned in from foot to load. Hands are in a good place and get the barrel ready to launch. Middle of the field impact and stays inside the ball. Will tie himself up but when he gets extended there was loud impact with good ball flight. More to come for sure and is an outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
