Keagan Perez is a 2021 RHP/3B, SS, OF, UT with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Casselberry, FL who attends Lake Mary HS. Recorded a 7.41 second 60-yard dash time. Tall and long frame with lots of room to add strength and fill out. Primary righthanded pitcher with a small side step and a quick tempo. Short arm stroke and hides the ball in the back with a pretty quick arm action. Three-quarters release and generates good life on the fastball that topped out at 86 mph. Maintains arm speed on the curveball with 10/4 shape and good biting action. Good command to the glove side and matches release on the changeup. Solid three pitch mix. Arm strength plays from secondary position of the infield. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and fast hands. Can turn the barrel over with intent and gets on plane quickly. Accurate barrel and generates length through contact. Line drive oriented approach with consistency. Great student.
