Shabazz Brumley is a 2021 OF/2B with a 5-7 127 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Leto HS. Recorded a 7.20 second 60-yard dash time. Lean, athletic frame with room to project and add strength. Primary outfielder with twitchy actions and quick feet. Quick release and carries momentum through the fielding action. Arm strength recorded up to 78 mph with good accuracy. Agile and light on his feet. Righthanded hitter with a short, quick stroke. Small shift forward with present hand speed. Closed hand set and the hands work well through the stroke. Will be able to unlock more power with additional lower half drive.
