Cameran Christ is a 2023 C/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-0 171 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Sam Houston. Tall and projectable frame with a strong lower half and room to continue to fill out. Ran a 7.48 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up behind the plate with a wide-based higher set, receives the ball out in front and works through it with an online release, takes a compact arm action into throws, repeats mechanics well and stayed accurate with throws, playable arm strength helped produce a 2.04 second best pop time. Secondary righthanded pitcher, uses a side step up to a high leg lift to start his windup, takes his arm back to a compact arm action, plenty of tempo to his windup, stays online and downhill with his mechanics, fastball is straight and topped out at 81 mph, flashed a developing feel for his curveball that has sharpness to it in the upper-60s. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open stance and a high hand set, utilizes quick hands to the baseball from his load, lift in swing with a pull approach, stroke projects for big-time power and already has the ability to drive the ball to pull.
