Joshua Greenspon is a 2024 C/IF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends The Weber School. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.56 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has sound fundamentals in his receiving, blocking and throwing, has been coached up and has the athleticism to execute, plays defense with energy and has leadership traits, made very accurate throws in the games. Also plays third base well due to his arm strength and athleticism. Right handed hitter, hits from an open bent knee stance with a big hand pull back load, swings hard and creates some bat speed with more to comes as he gets stronger, hits behind the ball well and showed jump off the barrel when hitting middle away. Projectable athlete with lots of baseball skills. Good student. Named to the Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
