Nicholas Vastano is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Brooksville, FL who attends Jesuit High School. Medium build with a lean, athletic frame and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Primary right handed pitcher, showed good presence on the mound and stayed tall through his backside with an upbeat delivery. Fastball worked 77-79/81 mph with sound arm strength and could see his velocity tick up with additional lower half incorporation. Curveball showed 11/5 shape at 62 mph with sound bend and also worked in a changeup at 63 mph. Exceptional student.
