Jacob Liquori is a 2019 OF/ with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Santa Teresa. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.04 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with small leg lift trigger, rigid and deep hand bar into load, shifts weight well into swing, flashes bat speed, line drive swing plane, barrel quick in and out of zone. Worked out in the outfield, moves well to the ball with light footwork, quickened release with solid arm strength, clocked up to 83 mph. Also pitched, high three quarters-near overtop arm slot, smooth and consistent with mechanics, fastball worked 74-79 mph with good pitching to contact skills, dropped in curveball with 11/5 shape and solid depth. Good student.
