Miguel Balderrama is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Hacienda Heights, CA who attends Los Altos. Large frame with highly projectable, athletic present build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.45 seconds. Sets up to hit from upright, even-based stance with leg lift trigger. Loose hands through swing with naturally lofted swing plane, has intent to hit the ball in the air and shows power as well. Showed good ability to work to all fields, especially towards the right center field gap. Worked out defensively in the outfield. Moves in on the ball well and shows ability to field cleanly out front while maintaining momentum, transfers cleanly, showed solid carry on throws back to the infield with arm strength clocked up to 75 mph. Good student.
