Allan Hernandez is a 2019 RHP with a 6-5 210 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Coral Park HS. Big and strong broad shouldered build. Tall over the rubber with a good hip turn, short arm action in back and hides the ball well, 3/4's arm slot, has energy working to release, can use his strong lower half more to create drive to the plate. Fastball topped out at 92 mph, gets good sinking action down in the zone. Short breaking slider with a developing change up. Very good arm strength but still developing consistency and his off speed pitches. Verbal commitment to Florida International.
