Benjamin Greer is a 2019 OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Shadow Creek HS. Long and slender athletic build, very projectable physically. Switch-hitter, hits from a narrow stance from the right side, fluid rotational swing with an easy trigger and good bat speed, flashes some lift, hits to all fields with good balance and gap to gap power. More inside out with less fluidity left handed. 6.73 runner, has good arm strength with carry when he's on top of the ball. Very good athlete who should keep improving with repetitions and additional strength. Good student, verbal commitment to Baylor.
