Jeremy Ramirez is a 2022 RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends City College Academy of Arts. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Ran an 8.50 60-yard dash. Righthanded pitcher, begins with a side step moving into delivery, high leg lift up past belt with a deep gather on backside; longer arm action through the backside working to an extended three-quarters release. Shows quickness to arm, fastball topped out at 79 mph and worked to both sides of the plate with short running life. Will continue to refine lower half mechanics, throws strikes with curveball and shows short bite with 11-5 shape and depth up to 69 mph, nice present feel for the pitch. Flashed a changeup with developing feel up to 70 mph. Very good student.
